About Us

Matthews Career Centers, Inc. was established in 2000 to take advantage of newly developed technology to streamline the process of bringing employers and candidates together. In 2001 the company incorporated and began developing web based Career Centers.

The three initial Career Centers were: www.PittsburghJobs.com, www.PhoenixJobs.com, and www.SeattleJobs.com. Their success led to the launching of a variety of new Career Centers. Currently there are over 60 Career Centers and new ones continue to be added. While the initial Career Centers were geographically focused, some of the newer Career Centers focus nationwide on DIVERSITY, and HEALTHCARE. All Career Centers offer FREE job searching and resume posting for candidates. Employers can post jobs for a fee. All jobs posted on Matthews Career Centers sites are also posted to several thousand other Career Centers for maximum candidate exposure. Employers can also access a candidate database of well over one million resumes.
